My first wine tour

I experienced my first wine tour over the weekend with 19 of my friends. Wine never tasted so good. I knew I was having a GREAT time the moment I stopped feeling feelings. We went to a couple of the wineries on Seneca Lake, Three brothers, Glenora and four others which I don’t recall because I was hammered! Most of the time we were thrown into the basements of the wineries because we couldn’t be trusted, this is understandable. At one point I had so much wine I think I actually took on the shape of a unicorn and then peed in the corner of one of the cellars. It was a smelly situation

Was I pissed off yesterday? HELL YEAH I WAS PISSED OFF! I had a plan yesterday that I wanted to follow. It was a Bad-Ass plan and I was totally digging it until a department store at the mall F***** it up for me. I wanted to go in there use the bathroom and then do some shopping cause I needed clothes to get my swagger on. They told me I couldnt use the bathroom because I didnt look like I was shopping????? I laughed right in their face; you got to be kidding me right? No they were dead serious. After being shot down twice by two employees I took it upon myself to find their crappy bathroom and put it to good use After that I found something amazing in one of their dressing rooms. Vomit and it smelled delicious and yes you better believe I took a pic. ENJOY!

Poor Tanya Angus has Gigantism…its a disease that causes the body to produce to many growth hormones. Andre the Giant the wrestler had it, he died from it. She lives in the sweet state of Nevada right now and you might be able to see her if you stand on the table. How can you not? shes 6′ 6″ tall and weighs 480 lbs…and yeah shes still growing. This past weekend my friend Pat who is the producer down the hall from us @ the Buzz got married in Lockport. It was a beautiful wedding; there was dancing and good food but most of all open bar. Before the party even started they threw all the guest on a boat to ride the canal for a hour or so while the wedding party took pictures. On the boat was our boss JT who was enjoying some food, haven a drink or two and protecting his wife from being hit on. Jt is a very special person in my life and I wanted him to know that, which is why I sang him this beautiful song. Check out the video

I had to drive down to my parent’s house the other day and decided to take the scenic route down Beach Ave. On my way down, there was a turtle crossing the road and im pretty sure the little bastard was testing me because he was moving pretty slow. I had to make a split second decisions to A) Swerve around him and drive into oncoming traffic or B) just run him over. Turtles can’t talk on the radio so I ran over him. Then 100 yards down the road I hit a bird and it made a crunching sound when I ran over it. Animals are so stupid sometimes but there in a better place now so RIP

I found a diet that I’m actually going to stick to, I know it’s hard to believe but I ordered the Abs Diet offline and started reading up on it. Basically it’s a 6 week program that tells me exactly what it is I need to eat to turn my belly fat into a washboard. My goal is 25 lbs so don’t wish me luck I don’t need it. This book has changed lives, Scott Spezzano being one of them. I recommend it so buy the book. On another note there is a pool of blood on the floor next to me…I don’t know where it came from but it smells like scotch tape and wet pennies

At the gym…oil me up

I love working out at the gym because not only do I get totally pumped up but I always have a story to tell the next day. Yesterday was awesome because I ran into an old friend who always pumps iron while wearing his Bluetooth. Why do you need your Bluetooth on? Anyways I laughed pretty hard because he always oils himself up before he works out and yesterday I saw myself in his head when I was talking to him. Awesome hahah.
