The Grammys are my favorite award show when it comes to who’s wearing who and what. There’s a bigger shock and funk factor. It’s more about standing out and making a statement than wearing the hottest designer.

That being said, here are some of my faves from last night…along with some that made me nauseous.

LADY GAGA was my big winner of the night. This Glinda/Seabreeze music express/Armani dress was absolutely spectacular. I especially like the glittery ninja star. Just don’t piss her off…she’ll shoot your eye out! Ka-POW!

I’m lovin’ her show look as well. You must have really pissed off the Grammy producers if they sat you behind GaGa…but I’m glad she found a way to recycle the Guts Agro-Cragg. Look at that glowing piece of radical rock!

This Elie Saab getup is perfect for Rihanna. She normally goes above and beyond in the fashion department, so this elegant and classic gown really makes her stand out. Plus, if you were sitting next to her, the feathers would be a perfect place for a quick cat nap during the boring parts of the show.

Taylor Swift is fantastic! Thank God you don’t have boobs Tay Tay…no way you could rock this with clevage.

Hey J-Lo, you forgot the rest of your shower curtain. I also didn’t know they made gold disco spanx. I need to get my hands on a pair of those.

I totally forgot to tell you guys this, but Ke$ha needed a last-minute outfit. So I let her borrow my halloween costume from a couple of years ago.

I was never involved with the Greek life in college (too busy slaving away unpaid at the college radio station). I don’t have anything against it…but I’m curious about this one.

Fashionista.com came across this rush week dress code requirement for the Cornell chapter of Pi Phi, and it’s pretty hilarious/bitchy.

Highlights/Lowlights include:

— Denim leggings are appropriate as long as it’s done right: aka, not from American Apparel and worn with chic, cool, chunky boots over them and a longer top.

— No satin dresses. No one looks good in satin dresses unless it’s from Betsey Johnson or Dolce & Gabbana, you weigh less than 130 pounds, have three pairs of Spanx on and it’s New Years Eve.

— Booties ok if you can pull them off, aka probably not.

— I expect everyone to be wearing accessories. This is an important part of every outfit and can make or break any ensemble.

— Bangles need to coordinate. I’m not saying you have to wear a Harry Winston wreath, but I am saying I won’t tolerate any gross plastic shizzzz. I love things on wrists and I demand earrings if your ears are pierced.

If I was pledging this sorority, I’d find the girl who wrote this stupid thing, take my booties and “gross plastic shizz” and stick em where the sun don’t shine.

Sorority’s aren’t really like this, right?
